Each of the five guest rooms, which are named for earlier owners, have been transformed into retreats where you may feel transported into the past for a night of relaxation. Each room shares an adjoining sitting area. Which offers a unique decor giving their guests the option of as much privacy or conversation as they would like.

 Ann and Ralph are gracious hosts and encourage their guests to feel at home whether lingering over the gourmet breakfast especially prepared by accredited chef Ralph, or tea and cookies in the afternoon in the sunroom overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard.

Along with the five guest bedrooms, Kipling house also hosts a beautiful Cottage house off the end of their quaint back yard.

Also, state legislation allows Michigan Bed and Breakfasts to serve other meals as long as it includes an overnight stay, which is exactly what Ralph enjoys.
